We proudly ship all over the world. ParvanaTreasures.com will carefully package your item(s) to ensure a safe and easy arrival. Using USPS shipping services we will provide you with quality shipping free of charge. The level of service provided for free will depend on the value of your package. Should you require a faster means of delivery or insurance you may upgrade your shipping method for a fee.

• As orders are received they will be reviewed and processed. An e-mail will be sent confirming your purchase(s). This is not an automatically generated response and may take several hours to be sent depending on the time that the order is received and reviewed. Orders received before 11:00am EST will generally be shipped the same day. Exceptions are for orders received during the weekend and Monday.

• When your purchase leaves ParvanaTreasures.com another e-mail will be sent notifying you that the package has been shipped.

• If you have requested any alteration(s), shipping will be delayed until your specification has been met. As always, we will notify you of any delays in your order.

In the unfortunate event that an item is out of stock or no longer available, ParvanaTreasures.com will send a notification via e-mail or telephone. This e-mail will explain the status of your order. If the item is unavailable, we may attempt to offer a comparable suggestion.

Return Policy

To make your purchases even easier, ParvanaTreasures.com will reassure your satisfaction by offering you a comfortable return policy. Understanding the delicate nature of our products, returns must be made promptly. Please follow these simple steps below.

• Items must be return-shipped within 10 business days of USPS delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include certain holidays.

• You must have a Return Authorization Number. Call us , 817-999-6642 or email us info@parvanatreasures.com as soon as you decide you would like to return your purchase and we will provide this number for you.

• Enclose the unworn item(s) with all additional materials in the USPS return package we have provided or the original box. If return materials were not provided, then use appropriate shipping materials to return your item(s).

• Clearly write the Return Authorization Number that was given to you on the outside of the securely sealed return package. Example: RA12345

Once your package is received it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that there was no use of the item(s) and that all tags are securely in place. Your will then be refunded the amount of the item through the way you made your original payment, less all shipping and handling charges in both directions.

If there were any alterations, including complimentary necklace sizing, then these fees will be charged to your account or not refunded.


All the items must be affixed and unalterated in order to be eligible for return.
